AUR-80 is a multi-functional battlefield surveillance radar that can be quickly deployed. It adopts the X-band continuous wave system. It mainly searches and detects ground active targets, and also takes into account the reconnaissance and detection of lowaltitudetargets. It is mainly used for alerting and reconnaissance in the combat area. It can automatically detect and locate moving ground personnel (single and crowd), vehicles, drones, small aircraft and other targets.
